Our referral program is designed to thank you for connecting us with manufacturers and developers who could benefit from our smart water reuse technology. It's simple: you introduce us to a great fit, and if it leads to a new partnership, you get rewarded.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Referral: Fill out our simple referral form below.

2. Make the Warm Introduction: The success of this program is built on trusted connections. Please introduce our team to your contact directly, either in person or through a warm introductory email (cc:solutions@4earth.tech). This is the required step for a successful referral. Once the connection is made, our team will take it from there.

3. You Get Paid: You earn a cash reward as your referral progresses through our Ginseng Confidence Method.

Our Two-Tier Reward Structure

Our program rewards you as the partnership develops, ensuring you are compensated for making a high-quality introduction.

• $1,000 Reward: The Bench-Scale Test When your referral signs a contract for a paid bench-scale test, we'll send you $1,000.
• $5,000 Total Reward: The Full System Purchase If the project progresses and your referral purchases a full Ginseng system, we'll send you an additional $4,000, bringing your total reward to $5,000.

Who is a Great Referral?

The best referrals are leaders (VPs of Ops, Plant Managers, Directors of Engineering, Developers, etc.) at facilities with a clear need to solve a water-related business problem.

Ideal Company Profiles:

• Industrial Manufacturers: Companies in stone, glass, ceramics, plastics, rubber, or metalworking that have high water costs or challenges with particulate-heavy wastewater (slurry, fines, dust).
• Data Center Developers & Operators: Companies looking to de-risk site selection, accelerate permitting, and meet aggressive ESG goals by creating a resilient and sustainable water infrastructure for their cooling systems.
• Companies currently trucking their wastewater.

Program Terms & Conditions

• Qualified Referral: A referral must be a new contact that is not already in the 4Earth sales pipeline at the time of submission.
• Payout Timing: Payouts will be issued within 30 days of 4Earth receiving payment from the referred client for the respective stage (bench-scale test or first full system payment).
• Time Limitation: To be eligible for the $5,000 reward, the referred client must purchase a full Ginseng system within 18 months of the official introduction.
• Disputes: In the event of a duplicate referral, the reward will be given to person who completed their submission form first, provided that the email or in-person introduction occurred within 30 days after receipt of the submission form.
• General: This program is open to individuals aged 18 and over. 4Earth Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time.
• Duplicate Referrals: In the event of a duplicate referral, the reward will be given to the individual who first submitted the referral, based on the timestamp of the email or official form submission.
