The Challenge

Manheim's vehicle reconditioning operations consume large volumes of water for fleet washing across multiple facilities. The wash water — loaded with oils, road grime, brake dust, and detergents — required costly disposal and could not be reused without treatment.

4Earth deployed its Ginseng system at Manheim facilities to treat and recycle fleet washing water onsite. The ceramic membrane technology removes hydrocarbons, suspended solids, and surfactants, producing water clean enough to feed directly back into the wash cycle — closing the loop on water consumption.
